PENGINTEGRASIAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI PADA PROSES PEMBELAJARAN

Abstrak
Living in the information era the 21st century is a fact. Information and communication technology (ICT) has become an inseparable part of the life of today’s global era. To encourage the preparedness of the Ministry of eligious Affairs Staff HR, both as technical and administrative workers in this global era of education and training needed to lead to improvements in attitude and spirit of dedication to the interest-oriented society, nation, state and homeland, increasing technical competence, managerial and leadership as well as increased efficiency, effectiveness and quality of implementation of task permomed with the spirit of cooperation and dedication. Integrating ICT into the learning process needs to be done to 1) develop higher level thinking skills training participants, 2) develop skills in the field of information and communication technology (ICT literacy) itself, and 3) to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and attractiveness of learning processes. In practice, not all teachers/ Widyaiswara understand what is meant by integrating ICT into the learning process and work. Badan Litbang dan Diklat in 2009 to develop a new paradigm in education and training increase the intensity, develop new new training models, expanding business parners, and expand education and training goals. New paradigm is referred Diklat Jarak Jauh (DJJ)/ Long Distance Training.
This paper describes what, why and how the integration of ICT in the learning process carried out on the Religious Training Center, both face to face learning is physically in the classroom (sincronous) or indirect physical face to face (asincronous) in long-distance training.
